1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing sacredmillions.com, purchasing any product or service, or subscribing to any communication from Sacred Millions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or make a purchase.

Sacred Millions is operated by Holly Ockstadt, doing business as Sacred Millions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Digital Products — Purchase and Delivery

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once access has been granted or a digital file has been delivered.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge:

You have read the full product description before purchasing

Digital products are delivered via email and/or access to a membership portal

Access is granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment

You are purchasing a non-transferable, personal license to access and use the content

3. 1:1 Sessions and Coaching Services

For all live strategy sessions and coaching engagements:

Sessions must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase using the provided booking link

Cancellations require 48-hour advance notice to reschedule; missed appointments without notice forfeit the session

Sessions are for personal use only and may not be recorded without written consent from Sacred Millions

Sacred Millions reserves the right to terminate a session if the client is disrespectful, abusive, or fails to honor the terms of service

No refunds are issued for scheduled or completed sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our programs — including but not limited to frameworks, written materials, video content, workbooks, templates, and email copy — is the sole intellectual property of Sacred Millions and Holly Ockstadt.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, resell, or teach our frameworks or content without written permission

Share access credentials with others

Use our content to build competing products or programs

Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

5. Disclaimers

Sacred Millions provides business and faith-based strategic content for educational and inspirational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.

Results from our programs are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend entirely on your own effort, implementation, and circumstances. Any results mentioned in our marketing are not typical and should not be interpreted as a promise of similar results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Millions and Holly Ockstadt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products, programs, or this website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through GoHighLevel (HighLevel). Sacred Millions does not store your credit card information. By purchasing, you authorize the charge to your payment method at the listed price.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account and referral to collections.

8. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

By subscribing to the Behind the Calling newsletter or any Sacred Millions email list, you consent to receive periodic emails including business content, program updates, and promotional offers.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We will honor all opt-out requests promptly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
